Paying your utility bill in Snyder is fast, convenient, and secure. The Utility Department provides multiple options for residents and businesses to manage their accounts, submit payments, and access billing history.

Online Portal

Residents and businesses can pay their bill anytime through the City of Snyder online portal. Features include:

How to Access: Online Payment Portal

By Phone

• Call 1-844-635-0455 to pay with a debit or credit card. Please have your account number and address ready. 
• Enroll in Text 2 Pay for a fast, mobile-friendly option. You'll receive a text reminder with a payment link each billing cycle. Enroll through the online payment portal or call 1-844-635-0455 (option 4).

In Person

Pay by cash, check, money order, credit, or debit card at our Utility Department inside City Hall. For added convenience, use our drive through or night deposit drop box, located on the east side of the building.

Tips for Managing Your Account

• Sign up for paperless billing: Receive email notifications instead of mailed statements.
  
• Autopay: Ensure your payments are always on time by linking your bank account or credit card. This can be setup through the online portal or by completing the bank draft authorization form and returning it to the Utility Department. 
  
• Update contact information: Make sure we have your current email and phone number for alerts and notifications.
