The City of Snyder has different types of Community development that takes place within the city limits and in the Scurry County ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction). The two main types are those requesting incentives from the City of Snyder and project development not requiring incentives. Procedures for both types of projects have been placed on the City of Snyder Website. The procedures can be found in three different ways on the website. First, you may go to the Planning and Zoning Page under Community Development. Second, you may go to the How Do I? link at the top of the home page.
