Snyder, TX — The City of Snyder is excited to announce the launch of its Facade Grant Program, a strategic initiative aimed at revitalizing the town and supporting local businesses. The program provides a 75% matching grant to reimburse up to $25,000 for approved exterior property improvements, encouraging property owners and tenants to invest in the visual appeal of their buildings.
Examples of eligible projects include exterior painting, signage updates, window and door replacements, lighting installations, landscaping enhancements, parking lot improvements, and brick or masonry restoration. Additional benefits include waived permit fees for participating businesses.
