Snyder, Texas, August 1, 2023 – The City of Snyder, Texas today announced that after an extensive search process, the City Council appointed Mr. Eli Torres as City Manager, effective July 31, 2023. Mr. Torres has a wealth of experience, having worked for the City of Snyder for over 33 years, including the last 4 months as Interim City Manager.
Mayor Stephanie Ducheneaux said, “The City Council spent countless hours going through the search process. We are super excited to have Mr. Torres serve as City Manager. He is respected by the employees and community members and will do a fantastic job leading the City.”
