[ARCHIVED] Active Shooter Class for The Public

The Snyder Police Department is offering at no cost a presentation for Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events. The Police Department will host a class, or we will come to any business, church, civic groups, etc. and provide information pertaining to these events. The goal is to provide citizens with a presentation using the Avoid, Deny and Defend concept. The presentation usually last about one to two hours. We believe it is important to share this information with as much of the public as we can because of the rise in active shooting incidents. Anyone that would like to schedule a class please contact Sgt. Mike Counts at the Police Department (325) 573-0261.
